Hi I'm Biba
Founder of Mystic Soul Academy and creator of The Practice.
I’ve spent thirty years in dedicated contemplative practice, I am an initiate in the living lineage of Surat Shabd Yoga. (Yoga of the Sound Current also called the Royal Road). I hold a coaching license from the True Purpose Institute and I’ve worked with executives and leaders across four continents.
I have been teaching meditation for over a decade. My signature somatic meditation method, Direct Attunement™, was developed through sustained practice and a nine-week research circle with thirty practitioners. I am trained in somatic practice from the Embody Lab.
I opened the Mystic Soul Academy because the world needs people who are actively developing their spiritual capacity, beyond their private pursuit alone, but as ministerial contribution.
I’m based in Nosara, Costa Rica. In 2026 I turned 52, the Mayan tradition calls this the abuela threshold, the moment when collected knowledge becomes wisdom and is shared. This school is what that looks like in practice. Welcome.

The Mystic Is the Teaching

Each session uses Direct Attunement to bring the teachings from ideas into the body and soul, from historical record into lived experience. Our intention is to go where they went.

You will develop the practical skills of a light practioner and spiritual minister. How to hold space without shrinking yourself, psychic protection techniques, how to speak from direct spiritual experience, how to lead from spiritual authority that has been earned.

The year builds through four phases of inner development and practical training. Each phase a healing, clearing and step into owning your spiritual power. Gaining experience in how to learn and teach yourself from energy in your field.

It completes with a ten-day pilgrimage, an immersive gathering on ancient ground along the Aegean coast of Turkey – Ephesus, Bodrum, Fethiye. One of the oldest seats of sacred feminine power in the Western world.
